What to expect?

Once you have expressed interest in participating:

We will reach out over the phone or email and share relevant documents

We will gain consent from your practice nurse/staff and patients with intellectual disability

We will randomise your practice to either receive the intervention or go about as usual care

We will share links to access the education and resources, and our specialist intellectual disability nurse will connect with the relevant practice staff

What happens if you don't receive the intervention?

You will receive usual care for the length of the intervention

Once the intervention has ended we will be in contact

You will receive access to the education and online resources used in the intervention
