  • strawberries
  • oranges.

These carbs are good for your blood sugar.

2. Some carbs go in to your blood. They move fast. These are called high GI carbs. Like

  • potatoes
  • white bread
  • soft drink.

Try to eat less high-GI carbs.

It is good for your blood sugar.
