What happens after I sign up?

We will ask you to answer a survey.

It will ask things like your age, where you live and about your health. We will also ask some questions about your confidence supporting patients with intellectual disability.

You can answer the survey over the phone, on the computer or we can post it to you.

We will send you links to access the intervention.

We will give you access to specialised education and resources.

Our specialist intellectual disability nurse will contact you about your support needs.

We will ask you to repeat the intial survey.

This will appear once you have completed the education.

This will show us if the education helped.
